1.Pemimpin yang kuat dan bisa menahan dirinya dan bawahannya dari berbuat melanggar hukum pemimpin inilah seperti Mujahid fisabilillah dan akan mendapat rohmad dari Alloh
2.Pemimpin yang lemah, mereka mampu mengendalikan dirinya dari perbuatan melanggar hukum tetapi mereka membiarkan bawahannya melakukan pelanggaran hukum ,karena mereka lemah.
3Pemimpin yang selalu mencegah atau mengendalikan bawahannya dari melanggar hukum akan tetapi dirinya membiarkan dirinya sendiri melanggar hukum,mereka disebut khithmah,merekalah yang disabdaka oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW ,,.Jelek jeleknya Pemimpin adalah khithmah mereka hancur sendirian,[mereka orang orang yang serakah/rakus]

Jakarta - Lingkar Survei Indonesia (LSI) merilis sejak zaman Presiden pertama sampai sekarang ini dalam hal capres yang melindungi keberagaman hanya Presiden pertama Soekarno (82%) dan Presiden ketiga Abdurahman Wahid atau Gus Dur (81%) yang melindungi keberagaman agama atau etnis.
Demikian diucapkan peneliti LSI Adjie Alfaraby dalam survei LSI bertajuk 'Dicari Capres 2014 Yang Melindungi Keberagaman' di Kantor LSI, Jakarta, Minggu (23/12/2012).
"Dalam sejarah Presiden Indonesia, publik menilai hanya Bung Karno dan Gus Dur yang surplus di atas 50% melindungi keberagaman primodial dan ideologis," ucapnya.
Selain itu, kata Adjie, empat Presiden lain seperti Suharto, Habibie, Megawati Soekarnoputri, dan SBY, dinilai Adjie belum mampu untuk mengatasi masalah keberagaman agama atau etnis.
"Hanya Pak Harto juga surplus 50% melindungi keberagaman primodial dan ideologis," jelasnya.
Namun demikian, kata Adjie, untuk capres 2014 adalah figur yang juga memiliki komitmen melindungi keberagaman seperti Bung Karno dan Gus Dur.
Survei LSI ini dilakukan sejak tanggal 14 sampai 17 Desember 2012 lalu, dengan menggunakan metode multistage random sampling dengan instrumen Quick Poll LSI. Survei ini menggunakan 440 responden di semua propinsi di Indonesia.
Quick Poll merupakan survei cepat yang merupakan inovasi survei terbaru dari LSI. Margin error survei ini adalah +/-4,8%, riset kuantitatif tetap dilakukan untuk memperkaya perspektif terhadap fokus kajian.
Berikut Hasil Survei LSI berdasarkan Keberagaman Agama atau Etnis:
Presiden Soekarno 82%
Preisen Soeharto 75%
Presiden Habibie 42%
Presiden Gus Dur 81%
Presiden Megawati Soekarnoputri 52%
Presiden SBY 41%
